The Leander Club is, undoubtedly, the most prestigious boat club in the world. Membership being extended only to those who have achieved greatness in the sport of rowing, either competing at international level for their country, winning a pot at the Henley Royal Regatta or being awarded blues/colours at a top university.
The club, located on the banks of the River Thames in Henley, has 11 rooms available for members and guests alike to stay in. These are named for the elite schools and universities which sponsor them and for whom crews have been victorious at the Henley Royal Regatta.
