Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School


Originally an all-boys grammar school in the classic Latin tradition, Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School (more commonly known as Columbia Prep or CGPS) was attached to Columbia University until 1864. The school turned out young gentleman for admission to the Ivy League institution until it's merger with The Leonard School for Girls in 1956. The school offers tuition through grades K-12.
